Six directions, six separate paths
Custom business systems, when the spreadsheet no longer carries it
Warehouse, production, quality, maintenance, fleet and customer management in one database, shaped around how you work. We have a live reference: 22 sites, since 2022.
Book a 20-minute callWho it is for
- A manufacturer or distributor that has outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software.
- Multi-site operations where movement between sites also has to be tracked.
- A company with traceability or quality requirements (IFS, GGN).
What problem it solves
Off-the-shelf ERP forces you to reshape your operation around the software. Where that fails, Excel islands appear alongside the system, and from then on there are two truths, one of which is always wrong.
What you actually get
- Only the modules you actually need: WMS, production/MES, QMS, CMMS, fleet
- End-to-end traceability at lot level
- Integration with your existing systems (e.g. Navision) and with machines and scales
- A role-based permission system
- Training, documentation and handover to your own team
How it runs
-
Process review
We walk through how material and information move today. That gives the system its shape.
-
Module plan and schedule
Which module is built when. The first has to be useful on its own.
-
Building module by module
One module goes live at a time, so operations never stop.
-
Integrations and handover
Connecting machines and systems, training, then handover.
How long it takes
The first usable module typically takes 2–4 months. A full multi-module system is a matter of years; BURA's six modules were also built over years, while the system was already running in production.
Pricing logic
- Project-based pricing, broken down by module: not one large sum, but stages.
- The process review is a separate, paid step, and you receive a usable document at the end even if you do not build with us.
- The system is yours: we hand it over, document it, and your own team can carry it forward. That is exactly what happened with BURA.
- At enterprise scale we deliver together with our partner Sonrisa Technologies.
